Pets. 175 E Street is a no-pets community, so pet-related charges (pet rent, pet screening, pet deposit) do not apply at this property. Verified service animals and emotional support animals are welcomed under federal and California Fair Housing law and are not pets for this purpose.

California application screening fee. The $45 application fee is below the maximum allowed by California Civil Code § 1950.6 ($64.50 per applicant as of December 2023). The fee covers the actual out-of-pocket cost of running a credit and background check.
